Where Are You Hiding?

“You are my hiding place and my shield; I wait for Your word.” Psalm 119:114 After a long year of not seeing my kids and grandkids who live in Seattle, my house is suddenly filled with laughter, fun and busy activity. A three-week visit has brought many new memories to carry us for another season. Our quiet lives were not accustomed to all the loud talking, screaming, laughter, running and play. I knew I was going a little crazy when I was trying to figure out how to hide under the tiny table with my fluffy little Shih Tzu. Taste and See - Part 2

"Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.” Psalm 34:8 Today, I continue with part two of last week’s blog, Taste and See. (Click here to read.) I love

It was a weekend filled with joy, fun and unforgettable experiences with the Lord. Before going to bed on Sat

She pointed out the yellow leaves on the plants, but it didn’t look so bad to me. The plants appeared to hold so much promise of good fruit. Couldn’t she just spray the plants and carry on? As a Master Gardner she knew good soil is the treasure and only good soil will produce good crops. So early she arose the next morning to attack the problem with a vengeance. After the plants were removed the soil was tested and found to have a fungus that had to
